So March is coming to an end. And I haven't seen any March Calendar pages yet?!? I already have a great RAK set aside. And it's cheerfully springy! So lets see some pages! You have until Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:59pm to get them posted.

UPDATE ON MATT
I don't think i've updated on Matt's surgery. It went really well. The doctor was very pleased. He is now on "bed rest" haha for 48 hours. Well that 48 hours ends today. So he will leave the apt. for the first time this afternoon. He can't drive though because the right leg is in a brace and has to be straight. It's now recovery period. So hopefully it goes smoothly and quickly.

I haven't had time to scrapbook though since I've been taking care of him - getting him water, ice, food, etc. So he doesn't move much. So hopefully I'll have projects soon!! I should have time this weekend.

March Calendar & More

I completed my March Calendar page (finally). I worked on this for a few days. I'm happy how it turned out. The coloring on the 2nd picture is a little weird. I took the pictures in RAW and this is the first time I worked with RAW pics...so my editing isn't the greatest yet.

AND the snow is never going to end. I took these pictures yesterday. Seriously -the snow was almost all melted and we got more!



Note: ALL the pictures above are in RAW...i've never worked with pictures in RAW before - so I'm still learning.

New Phone

I got a new phone today and it's HOT!!!! I love love love it!! Now I have to figure out how to use it. It's a little complex than what I'm used to. It's RED...it has a mp3 player (not that I don't have an iPod already - but who cares you can never have enough - right?

So thanks to my hotty Matt for my new delicious phone! It was needed...i could barely see the screen on my old phone.

More AWESOME products

This is such a great time being a MemoryWorks Consultant and customer. The new catalog will be released next month (Mid-April)!! But they don't make us wait. They have already released products from: Fancy Pants Designs, 3 Bugs in a Rug, and Cosmo Cricket (see post below). NOW, we have a fabulous release from BasicGrey & Crate Paper. Here are some of my FAVORITE items from these brands!!

BasicGrey
I love love LOVE these STAMPS...yes STAMPS!!! My favorite swirl rubons are now stamps...i'm so excited to get my hands on these!

These are some fun journaling stamps from BasicGrey. I can't wait to create awesome titles and page elements with these stamps!

Crate Paper

I'm usually not a pastel type girl, but these papers are awesome. I love the blue and green mixed with the orange! And the patterns on these papers are Great!!! This line is called Sweet Branch (by Crate Paper) Check out the great embellshments we carry too!!

I think these rubons from Crate Paper are awesome. They are "Sentiments' Rubons and seem right for ALL occassions! I love using rubons like this for cards and tags!


So those are my latest favorites - added onto my favorites below. Once I get buying i'm going to run out of money. But everything is so yummy!!!!

On another note:
Matt goes in for Surgery a week from today. He can't take any pain killers this week. So hopefully it won't be a very painful week.

Well this is my holiday!!! Growing up my dad would MAKE us wear green on St. Patties day! I'm irish so why not!

Amazing!!

MemoryWorks has just released new products that will be in our upcoming catalog. I can BARELY contain myself!!!! They are awesome and I can't WAIT to get my hands on them. If you want to see what will be added to our new catty look here! They are already available for purchase as well!! YES!!

I now must save $$ and/or get another job!

I love weekends. They are relaxing for the most part. Today I got up and started to knit another pair of leg warmers - they are going to be cute!! They are pink!!! I also did a little scrapbooking today - i needed to do a lot more. I will post projects tomorrow probably. I am also working on a clutch for my friend. Her birthday was this last week and we are celebrating it tonight...however - it won't be finished for tonight. It's cute though. It was my first felting project!

The only BAD part about today - it's SNOWING!!!! They said light flurries. It has snowed non-stop all day. The weather people lied! Like always.

Well I'm working at the studio right now and rehearsal is ALMOST done - which means little kids running all over the place. AWWWWW...

Surgrey

Well Matt has to get Surgery. March 25th is the date. The doc said he would be on crutches for about 10 days and than a 4 month recovery time. But after that he should be as good as new. Just in time for a new season with the ballet company and the dance studio.

So hopefully he has a fast recovery!

I've completed another pair of legwarmers (almost - i have to sew up the back). THey are baby blue. I'll post pictures soon. They are so soft.

Here are some pictures I took this weekend. Matt found out yesterday that he tore his ACL. EEKS...we will find out tomorrow what the next step is. I feel horrible for him.
