More Cards - 30 Days, 30 Cards!

I'm back on this lovely Monday with more cards and sketches from the 30 Days, 30 Cards MemoryWorks Event!!

Day 8: Hosted by Christine
Sketch from Retro Sketches

This one actually to me awhile to really come up with a good concept. The sketch seemed easy enough, but I was just not getting inspired by my products. Than I received the November 2012 MemoryWorks Express Kit and inspiration hit!
Supplies: MW November Express Kit (Lily Bee Design, My Mind's Eye); My Mind's Eye - Stamp; Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Mowed Lawn.

Day 9: Hosted by Kim
I love the Echo Park This & That Christmas line. I'm sure I have mentioned that. I just really am in love with the traditional holiday colors paired with brown and cream and the images are just so sweet!
Supplies: Echo Park - This & That Christmas (6x6 Paper Pad; Stickers); Twine

Day 10: hosted by Rosann
I had the pleasure of having lunch with Rosann when I was visiting NYC this past summer! Make sure you check out her blog for more inspiration.

I love the simplicity of this sketch. Yesterday was a Holiday Openhouse at my local scrapbook store. Of course I attended. And bought this adorable Sizzix embossing folder with snowmen! how cute! The cool thing about this embossing die, it came with 3 other embossing folders and a Christmas Tree die cut!
Supplies: MW November Express Kit; Petaloo Flower; Studio Calico: Mister Huey Mist - Society; Sizzix: Snowman Set; stickles: Crystal

Day 11: Hosted by Rosann

Fall Blog Hop with the MemoryWorks Team

Hello!! Hope you are finding some great inspiration from the MemoryWorks TeamWorks team on this blog hop! I'm loving all the NEW products MemoryWorks is carrying in this catalog! One of my favorite lines is the Lily Bee Designs - Persnickety. If this line looks cute online, you should see it in person! I love the paper designs and all the matching elements!

I recently got engaged (3 weeks ago) and I created this layout to document the moment (sorry no pictures at this time). Matt & I have been together 9 years (to the date) before we got engaged. These papers are perfect for this layout. They are sweet, soft and also a little bright and fun!
Products: Lily Bee Design - Persnickety (Theme Set, Cardstock Stickers, Index Cards); Baker's Twine; Studio Calico: Wood Snowflakes - Wonderland; Random letter stickers.

Thanks for stopping by!! Your next stop is...

Don't forget to leave comments on each of our blogs to up your chances to win a prize package from the MemoryWorks Home Office!!

Have an awesome day!

Weekend Creations and Product Love

I posted for the MemoryWorks blog yesterday!! But thought I would share my layout here as well. School started on Thursday for me. Back in full swing! And to give tribute to that I created a layout using some NEW MemoryWorks products and some pictures from school last spring!
Products used: My Mind's Eye (Honey Theme Set, Washi Tape - Honey, All is Bright), Studio Calico (Wood Camera), Chipboard Stickers, Technique Tuesday (Love Stamp); American Crafts Cardstock.

I thought I'd also highlight some of my favorite products so far that MemoryWorks is carrying. If you see something you like, contact me to place an order.

WASHI - Bella Blvd has a nice basic selection (you can also find Washi by My Mind's Eye, Teresa Collins and Studio Calico in the shopping area). I LOVE this pink chevron style below!

FLAIR: BasicGrey - Aspen Frost Flair: Who doesn't like a little flair? It seems to be all the rage lately in the scrapbook industry!
Paper - There are many collections i'm GAGA for! And this one by Studio Calico (Yearbook) is high on the list. It is a more sophisticated school line that I can use to highlight my year of classes.

Another line I'm super excited to get my hands on is the Simple Stories: SN@P Collection. This is beyond my favorite release from Summer CHA 2012. It should be available for purchase in October.

Wood - I just ADORE wood elements! So far there is a good mix from Studio Calico in the shopping area. Including these adorable wood trees!
Alright there you have it. Some of my favorite products right now and a layout! Have a FANTASTIC Monday!
