Clique Kits - April Blog Share

I am beyond excited to be joining in a Clique Kits blog share again!! It has been FAR too long since I've participated!!! Welcome everyone to the April blog share, I hope you enjoy all the inspiration along the way.
If you started here, head back to the Clique Kits blog to see the full line-up!
Alright enough chatting, here is my project I created using the April kit!

With this layout, I cut the pattern paper into 2" strips and fringed both sides.
I then used my sewing machine to add a stitch down the center of each strip, keeping the string long at the ends. I have to say, I was a little lazy and kept my purple thread in and I love it!! It adds more color and dimension.

And there you have it, the full layout! I layered on all the frames that came in the kit and used the ephemera to add more character to the frames and layout. The background is busy, so I kept the extra elements of the bag to a minimum and placed it in a vertical fashion.
Your next stop on the Blog Share train is Donna's blog! Check out the full line up below and don't forget to comment for a chance to win the April kit for yourself!!
The April kit is available in the Clique Kits Store for purchase! Get your hands on it today and if you are not yet a subscriber, check out what is coming up for May!
